Black llp has available for rental a range of containerised accommodation, IMO tanks, storage containers and workshops. Foremost of which being the Workfox A60 rated Temporary Living Quarters (TLQs).

Designed to address the need for a flexible solution to various offshore accommodation requirements, the TLQs have a number of enhanced features that make them efficient for installation and hook-up on oil and gas exploration and production sites offshore. These living quarters are Lloyd’s (LRS) certified and comply with all relevant governmental and class specifications applicable in the North Sea.

The units are relatively light and have a small footprint in order to make maximum use of limited space and make cost-effective transportation possible. Conveniently located external hook-up services facilitate the safe and quick connection to the host installation according to the plug & play principle.

On behalf of owners, Workfox offers a rental program for these high quality standardized accommodation modules. Combining comfort with practical efficiency, the recently-built TLQs confirm the proven concept to an ever growing number of clients. The fleet comprises approximately 60 units.

Design

Workfox’s many years of experience in the offshore accommodation industry have resulted in a special design conforming to their specific recommendations. Each unit is divided into two bedrooms allowing two-person occupancy, and a dedicated wet area providing a fully self-contained bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The TLQs are stackable to a maximum of three high.

The rental package also includes other types of units/quarters, such as offices, recreation units, laundry units and changing rooms.
