Black llp is able to provide the full range of marine crew disciplines for vessels operating in the Caspian Sea. Typically we provide a full vessel team but can also provide single crew positions as required. All crew members are fully certified and experienced.

We have a dedicated payroll department in our offices in Aktau and Almaty. We take care of all aspects of payroll and taxation, including income tax registration, social tax registration, pension administration, calculation and reporting of all taxes, filing of annual tax returns. Our marine crews work a break rotation of one month on and one month off.

All aspects of labour legislation compliance. Black llp has the expertise and resource to manage all compliance and regulatory affairs related to the employment of Kazakhstan nationals.

Insurance and emergency medical cover. We carry Employer’s and Public liability Insurance, as well as Automobile Insurance required for personnel driving vehicles in Kazakhstan. General and emergency medical cover is also provided.

All personnel come fully equipped with PPE and job specific equipment. Personnel are trained in and required to adhere to our QHSE Management System and undergo regular training and refresher courses.
